Factory With Residence Vastu If sited together the residence should be in southwest and the factory in the rest of the plot . Raw material and finished goods should be stored in northwest . Northeast should be , as far as possible , kept vacant . The manufacturing unit should be placed in SE . The factory and residence should conform to all the rules of vastushastra

Planting trees is essential to maintain the balance of nature .

Only small shrubs , flowering bushes , lawn should be put in the northeast .

Medium size trees can be planted in the northwest and southeast . Large trees should be in southwest . This side becomes “ heavy “ and the house is shielded from the rays of the setting sun .

Thorny plants , lime . orange , jambhul , cactus should not be planted at all .

Drumstick , tamarind , babul , jackfruit , brahmarakshas bananas , bel , amla , should not be planted . Bonsai planted should also be planted .

Tulsi ( sacred balsil ) neem should be planted in good numbers .

Creepers should be in south and west but they should not be thorny .

Amongest throny bushes , only rose and aloevera can be planted .

There should not be any large tree in the core center . There should not be any tree in front of the main entrance .
