* Scope:
- PTP: Review and reimburse employee expense reports, suppliers(third party & intercompany) invoices, responsible for monitoring entire PTP process in AP module in coordination with Shared Service Centre. Follow up the monthly expenses (variances) and participate to the monthly closing process (accruals, interco,…).
-RTR : Review the monthly GL balances and report variances.
-OTC: Ensure payments are collected in line with the agreed pay terms and are promptly allocated to outstanding items on the Debtors Ledger, with all customer accounts being fully reconciled each month and problems notified to the sales force and the Credit Manager.
Review customer accounts with regard to persistent late payments, continuous excess over investment limit, risk category and future business needs, making recommendations to the Credit Manager on the possible course of action to be taken.
- Reporting: Periodical MIS reporting.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual audit
Responsible for timely and accurate production of financial reports for the business in line with divisional standards
