the Event
Artists In Concrete Awards have Been instituted as an appreciation
to the real estate development in India. Residential and Commercial
Projects developed by the leading and emerging construction
house in the country will be evaluated under various nomination
categories of constructional excellence and the awards will
be presented. Artist In Concrete Awards , Pune ; Now Mumbai
and then metropolitan cities in India will appreciate true
character of the participant builders, salute the best and
inspire others to be the best...

Technical
Event Details
- Artist in concrete, Mumbai is contest for the Builders
and Developers in mumbai and navi Mumbai- thane District.
- Interested participant builders and developers are expected
to nominate two of their best projects for the evaluation.
- Projects will be evaluated by a 2 tier jury panel and
winners for every projects type and each category will be
finalized.
- A four days property & allied businesses' exhibition
"vasturang" will be held at world trade Center,
cuff parade, mumbai from 24th to 27th February,
2008.
- Artists in concrete Awards Function At Hotel
Intercontinental Sahar, Mumbai on 17th
February, 2008.

Evaluation
Process
- the technical details of the projects submitted will
be evaluated preliminary jury panel will visit the projects
and evaluated the same under mentioned nomination categories
of excellence for particular projects type.
- A detailed report created by the preliminary jury panel
and the presentation Details will be studied by the chairman
of jury.
- The Awards winners will be decided by the chairman of
jury in consultation with the special Advisory panel which
will consist of experts from construction and real estate
industry across the country.

Eligibility
Criteria & Necessary Participation Formalities
- Participant construction house can nominate maximum 2
projects located in mumbai, Navi Mumbai or thane District.
projects completed before 1st january,2001 are not eligible.
projects under construction can be nominated.
- A Stall Space of 9 sq. meters in property and allied business
exhibition Vasturang will be offered to the participant
construction house
- In Case a construction house wishes to nominate more than
2 projects, separate participation should be submitted.

Exhibition-
Vasturang A Property & Allied Businesses
Mega Exhibition "Vasturang" will be held at the
world trade center, cuff parade, Mumbai from 24th
February,2008. . "Vasturang" will feature
stalls of Builders & Development in mumbai, navi mumbai&
thane District, Financial Institutions; Construction Equipments
and other allied Businesses. Stalls will be booked on first
come first serve basis. 50% of the stall cost should be paid
by cheque at the time of Booking a particular stall amount
should be paid before 31st January, 2008
