    Sir/Mam I wish to know if buying property in khargar will be a good decision or not my budget is 15lacs to 20 lacs.Is it true that we will soon have an airport in kharrgar however nothing seems to be there on papers.Please suggest wether should i go for an apartment in khargar , if yes whats the minimu profit that i can achieve during the couse of time since yesterdays property reports shows a reduction in property rates in khargar

    Hello pooja,

    Navi Mumbai had seen sky rocket price of property from November 2006, the real estate market in Navimumbai jumped to double. After May 2007 the real estate market got slow due to rise in interest rates of Home Loans. However the property price which were expected to get down did not. So if you invest in a good place say near to Central park in Kharghar it should fetch you a good profit after a year. Central park (200 acres of land ) which will have a 18 hole golf course will be a major attraction.
    Airport is passed by the government but it will take another 10 years....so dont go to the hype created.

    Conclusion: Kharghar is the best place to invest in current date as compared to any other place in Navi Mumbai. You can fetch a profit of about 46-60% after a year, if you select a good location in Kharghar.
