    We are considering buying a apartment on bannerghatta road. we saw a few after meenakshi temple (after IIm B)...Is it a wise decision to seel our independent villa on sarjapur road and reinvest on bannerghata road ?

    Property rates are shooting up on bannerghata road since big time real estate developers have started working on mega projects......but selling of independent villa on sarjapur road is not advicable...u can rather give it on rent and get another property on bannerghata road. Your villa on sarjapur road will fetch you a good value whether on rent or if u sell it....
    Remember the maximum investment any individual can make is only on property ....so work out if you can take a loan on the rent of your sarjapur road property and buy another.
