    Dear Sir
    We have purchased flat in RNA Courtyard at Mira Road There are total 400 flats & 250 residents are staying. At time of purchase the Builder has
    promised to make Club House for Residents and now he is making commercial use of it by allowing outsiders to Sell membership. As such we don't want to allow outsider inside our premises Pls advice

    Now, what do you mean by promise?
    1) was it a signed document/agreement by the builder?
    2) Was it just a verbal promise?

    If it is a agreement made by the builder the society formed has full rights to use the premises for the welfare of the society and incase if the builder doesnt care, society can file a case against the builder on the basis of the signed agreement.

    If it was a verbal promise, Im sorry to say, you cannot do anything about it, just try and talk with the builder about the promises he made.
