    The home is in the name of my father. Can I purchase the flat from him, or
    should I take a loan against this property. I need some cash to settle some
    ancestral property matters and a personal loan is too less.
    Also which banks consider turnover as against net profit for loan amount,
    and which is the cheapest loan available as of today.
