    we do possess an agriculture land of 2 acres furlong away from lingampally mmts,want to know the present value of our land coz we are thinking to give it for development activities for resendial/commercial purpose.

    You need to consult with professional valuator and generate a report.

    There are lot of formalitites to be processed to convert the Agriculture land to NA and take necessayr permission to construct resdential or commercial purpose.
