    We as a family have purchased two adjacent combined flats with separate agreements and registration because of Municipality approved plans and now the society is formed.
    Society is charging two service charges for a family and hence can we amalgamate these flats and ask the society to charge only one service charge and all other charges for the two amalgamated flats into one.Kindly advise me as to how we can proceed for amalgamation of these combined flats. The jurisdction is Thane Municipal Corporation.
