    I want to buy a plot in Indraprastha Nagar,Bhamti,Nagpur (Fulsughe layout). What is the rate there?

    I recommend to consult with a practising property consultant to buy any plot.

    The rates depend on the various parameters for which a valuator should help you out. Again after the boom of Nagpur due to various companies such as Mahindra and others have started mega projects in Nagpur the land value has shot up.
