    My mother posses a residential land in Bolpur near Shantiniketan, Viswabharati University, West Bengal. We would ike to sell the land and would seek process for sale of land in brief once I get prospective buyer.

    Also kindly advise :

    a. Is there any IT obligation for my mother to make the sell ? She is a housewife and senior citizen.
    b. Do we incur any inexpense towards registration / others ?
    c. Are there any other cost involved from the seller's side ?
