    i am planning to buy a flat in nerul and our budget is around 15-18L,would there be appreciation in the property after a year or so??

    That sounds a good investment, I would suggest go for it...you will definitely get good appreciation on this ...
    Nerul, again is known for residential zone, although no new development but still it has better resale value as compared to areas in Panvel.
