    This is the best time for commercial property....Prices has gone down considerably in Andheri....Although Residential market is still bleeding....
    Prices will not come down drastically, but if you are ready with the investment this should be the time you can have a good deal. Builders now are negotiating and ready to sell and offer discounts on table.... Dahisar still the black and white market is on high and more you are ready to offer cash money.....you can expect huge discount...
