We stay at vikhroli , we want to invest in property. My husband wants to avail housing loan and invest, as he will get
income tax benefit.
What will be the suitable loacation to invest. we are interested in navi mumbai.
our budget is 25 lacs-1 bhk.
Which location will be suitable for higher returns. Is it kharghar or khandeshwar or kalmboli or new panvel.

You can check for cidco housing blocks in Nerul and Kharghar, You should get a decent size flat. As on today Kharghar is chosen as the housing destination because of the proposed Airport, Central Park etc. But it will be difficult for you to get a 1BHK flat in Kharghar as all new construction flats are now minimum of 2 BHK. You can check for resale flats in sector 13.

FOr your question is this the right time to invest......answer is YES!
any time is good time to invest apart from the boom which lasts for 6 months.... more you wait more costlier it will be and you will have to regret later....
