Hi, I am planning to buy a house but with my current budget I will not be able to get a flat anywhere in mumbai or even in kalyan. So my next option is Badlapur. I have heard of its growth prospects (IT park, airport etc) but am not sure whether this is true. Please advise whether the Katrap area in Badlapur East will make a good choice, both in terms of settling there and in terms of future growth potential.
