    i HAVE SOLD A FLAT THIS MONTH. tHIS HAS RESULTED IN LONG TERM CAPITAL GAINS. CAN I ADJUST THIS TO THE EXTENT REPAYMENT IS MADE IN MY HOUSING LOAN AVAILED BY ME AND OUTSTANDING WITH A PUBLIC SECTOR BANK. tHE LAST INSTALMENT BEING rS 25000/- IS STILL OUTSTANDING TO BE PAID TO THE BUILDER. I HAVE STILL NOT GOT THE POSSESION.
