    I want to buy a plot and construct a residence building in kharghar, New Mumbai

    I want to buy a small plot of 6000sqft and construct a residence building in kharghar, New Mumbai, for me its totally a new thing. Please can you provide me following details?
    1) How much a 6000sqft plot will cost me in kharghar, New Mumbai?
    2) To whom I need to contact for purchasing a plot?
    3) Once the deal of plot been done, what will be the legal procedure needed to follow to start the construction, i.e.: Plan Sanction, Municipal approval, police, area corporater, cidco approval etc.
    4) How much does it cost of making a luxury 4floor Apartment Building, containing 2bhk 4 flat on each floor?
    5) How much does it cost of making a luxury 15floor Apartment Building, containing 2bhk 4 flat on each floor? And for this project can I get a finance from bank or from private investor, if yes can u give me there contact information.
    6) Soonest the plot been purchased and planned been sanctioned from when onwards the flat booking we can open.
    7) What will be the estimate time it will take to construct a building?, and which company can provide me a better deal.
    8) What price I need to keep a flat in market for sale, during booking?
