    a flat is registered in my name at kdmc. after part payment , the final payment is after 6 month, but during this 6 month, can that same flat can be registered or sold to others by the builders, if yes what action can be taken against the builder.

    The builder cannot sell the flat to more than one owner. If the builder has done that Please send a legal notice to the builder, consult a lawyer before it is too late. You can address the issue to the consumer forum.
    Keep all the necessary documents in place, there are lot of such cases brought to the court.
