    Our society is registered in 2005 and the adhock managing committee members managed affairs for a year. A new committee is elected for 5 years. The adhock committee did not submit the account nor handed over the charge. The elected commttee did not submit the bond as required by the by laws and when questined by a memeber the members quit the office with out informing the members or calling meeting. A list of new members displayed on the notice board before the AGM and passed few resolution? Please explain the legal status of the new committee?
