Draft Minutes of the Meeting were given to all members after 15 days of the AGM. The Draft minutes contain many points which were not discussed in the meeting and also not confirmed, but the Minutes states about the same being proposed and confirmed by all. The members are ignorant about the minutes and had not raised any objection. When inquired, we were intimated that the point can be raised in the next AGM when the minutes are finalised. Please inform us following:

    1. Can the decissions, so stated as approved in AGM, be implemented prior to approval in the next AGM.
    2. Procedure to complain about the wrong functioning of the society in case teh decissions can be implemented.
    3. Can the society interfear in the sale and purchase of the flat in the society except for veryfing the genuineness of the new member? This question has to be raised as the committee members want the seller to give some time to the existing members to contact the society in case any of them are interested before finalising the sale to a outsider.
