General: Will we have to pay StampDuty/Registration on Gift Deed?

    Sir,
    I have a flat in Mumbai, Which is registered in mine and my mother's name. I am married now. I wish to add my Wife's name also. I have some specific queries. Please answer them
    Will my Mother have to gift her share to my wife?
    Will I and My mother together gift our share to my wife?
    The society is not yet registered. Will the builder have to be infomed?
    If the gift deed is to be executed to my wife either by Me / Mother / Both, then will Stamp Duty and Registration be payable? If yes, then at what rate. There is loan taken by me for the Flat and the original agreement is with the bank.
    Will that be a problem for executing the gift deed. Will the bank have to be informed.
    I would request you to answer my queries.
